The work of the Alliance is accomplished through working teams, comprised of volunteers from the Alliance member utilities and other interested parties. Category working teams have been formed to develop environmental best practices and metrics for major categories of electric utility purchases. Other working teams have been formed to define best practices and to support the operations of the Alliance.

The following working teams are among those that have been established to-date.
