COVID-19 White Paper

The value of collaboration is more clear than ever before as we all, including Alliance supplier and utility members work to navigate these unprecedented times. It is encouraging to see our members quickly collaborate and innovate in a way that reinforces focus on purpose and values.

Electric Utility Industry Sustainable Supply Chain Alliance members collaborated on the ‘5 Lessons on Responding To and Leading Out Of the COVID 19 Crisis’. 

This piece describes the successful practices that the members put in place, and more importantly shared with each other, to help navigate this challenging time and critically where they are reinforcing efforts ahead of any future shocks. 

In particular these include: putting people at the center of solutions; collaboration; embracing change; leading with purpose; and creating stakeholder value.  Throughout the paper are examples of how sustainability, collaboration, and values based frameworks help organizations to navigate turbulent times.
