Monthly Calls
Monthly call with all members to review and progress the Alliance working group items and agenda.
Annual Sustainable Sourcing Conference
Typically held the final week of September each year, the Alliance invites members, non-member utilities and suppliers for a 1-1/2 day event to address the challenges of creating a cleaner, more efficient and more sustainable supply chain.
CPO Roundtable
In 2015 the Alliance launched a CPO Roundtable to raise the visibility of the business case for supply chain sustainability, and to engage top utility management in the drive to adopt sustainability best practices in supply chain activities and supplier networks. This continues to be held at least once per year.
Products and Services
Collaboratively define, prioritize and address value chain opportunities and challenges. We will define the key sustainability risks and opportunities across the materials and services our members purchase and support our members in establishing a strategic approach to supply chain sustainability efficiency. Through this work we will support our supplier affiliate members in understanding and meeting emerging utility sustainability expectations.
Supplier Performance
Annual assessment of top suppliers from all member utilities to gauge performance on key sustainability performance indicators. A single survey is distributed to all suppliers and results are tracked over time to provide performance trends and benchmark data for the individual Alliance members.
